AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could rate this cowboy of a company a minus figure I would! DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!!!! They sneakily sign you up to a monthly subscription which debits you £54.99 every month, and will NOT cancel the subscription when asked!! We've had multiple conversations with them, and been very clear that we did not want a subscription, wanted to cancel the subscription with immediate effect, asked them to remove our personal details and to refund us our money back. Each time they agree to cancel and credit us but they don't do it and continue to debit our account! We have had to put a dispute in with our bank, and had to change our account details in order to stop it!! How can this company get away with this?? It is FRAUD and breaching GDPR, it is disgusting!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

No where was I given the option to sign up to a monthly membership. £49 a month for a clothing website is a lot of money to be taking out of your account without permission. I have now emailed them 3 times. Twice before the money was gone asking them to stop the payment and help me cancel. I had no reply. I have now sent them another email stating the money has now gone I want a refund and my membership cancelled. I have still yet to receive any correspondence. It’s a pity, their clothes are lovely but their service and scam is unacceptable. I will not be recommending these people to anyone after my experience

This isn’t my first time as a VIP and this is the reason I have returned I was a VIP quite some time ago and I am still wearing the fabletics clothing it is such good quality probably the best leggings I have had

Absolute scam!!!! I got signed up for a vip membership without knowing. Received an email to say I could skip a month but the email I got was on the day the money was taken out. Surely with all these bad reviews they must change they’re terms and conditions. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYIn answer to reply!!No point in stating your terms now, check your reviews!!!! You’ve scammed numerous people of they’re hard earned cash in the middle of a pandemic!!!!

VIP membership scam!!!! Purchased some joggers and a t-shirt from them, all was fine (the t-shirt actually had started to fray heavily after only a few wears but that’s minor compared to the rest of the issue). Set up an account at checkout which you needed to do, few weeks later I get an email, you’ve got a VIP credit... I thought great, I’ll get some more gear. Went on and ordered a jumper, used the credit and paid a little extra. Only on checking my bank account I’ve realised they’ve charged me £49 as a ‘monthly VIP membership!!’. I did not see ANYTHING about this when I was setting up the account. Disgusting tactics to try and lock people in to memberships they don’t want. Please avoid at all costs less you fall into the same trap!

Great online experience. Choices are endless, colours are vibrant and look fabulous on photos as well as feel great to wear when working out. The fitting is perfect. I don't like to feel suffocated, so I usually go for S, which is true to size. It is easy to return any items if you don't like what you have recieved, but keep the label on. I haven't returned any purchase yet as I just loved my orders. Lots of compliments on the outfits I have bought and perfect for my daily yoga workout. Materials are the best I have ever worn. Follow the washing instructions to keep the garments looking brand new.

Would give this no stars but no option. I had money owing from fabletics the refunded part but rest in credit. Over 6 months of tweeting, phone calls, over 100 emails and still no refund constantly told money will be refunded, if you provide the information required you will be refunded constant lies. As I changed my bank account since opening no matter how much evidence I provided until finally refunded. But they are determined you give up and they keep your money! Scammers who fleece you for all your worth.

An absolute con, no clear indication that the VIP section is going to take 50 pounds out of you account each month, and then not be able to get a refund, but you can only spend it on clothes, not just any clothes but ones that are 49 pound or you'll have to pay more

Company is a complete scam I was charged even though I skipped a month and still waiting on a refund!

Fabletics take your money month on month but make it close to impossible to spend your credits. Or at least to do so without having to keep giving them more money. I have £147 in credits and want to buy 2 pairs of leggings at £59 each (yes the cheap prices disappear from their website when you join!) but they want an additional £20 from me to allow me to buy these because the credits are £49 each and can't be partially used! So I have to pay £20 when I'm in credit!

Terrible customer service, really dodgy variable pricing on their website (cheap prices to lure you in and then NO DEALS WHATSOEVER unless you are a size extra, extra, extra large).

Don't bother with them, go to a decent company.

The quality is amazing but the VIP membership is a rip off. I thought I had skipped the month in time but had somehow made an error and therefore I was charged nearly £50. When asking for a refund as a one-off gesture I was refused. It was massively disappointing but I thought I would wait and spend it on something that I want. Now I’m seeing that you cannot spend the credits on discounted items despite it being essentially my own money exchanged into credits. Don’t fall into the same trap.
